Our client who has merged with another Global business and as a result of the merger there will be a need for some sensitive initial projects to involve job role mapping and the harmonisation of terms and conditions over this next 6-9 months. The role is remote for the UK and you will be working closely with the Head of HR to manage the day to day as well as working with the wider team to address the Post Merger Integration workstream.
