Their portfolio – proven with hundreds of CSPs globally – integrates AI-driven analytics with automation. We are searching for a sole contributor hunter salesperson in APAC to focus on selling across their whole portfolio. The company offers you a unique position to lead one of the most drastic change in telco industry, moving from traditional network operations to future AI-based fully automated cloud operations.

The client's solutions can also be applied to other verticals such as banking given that at heart the solution provides Cloud-native DataOps and Analytics that provides actionable reports and actionable insights leading to improved customer experience, improved profit, reduced churn, and reduced costs (no matter the setting).

Duties will be to:

Translate customer challenges into closed deals, lead sales activities and manage the full sales cycle
Develop new project proposals
Manage the business (pipeline and forecast) through the effective use of tools such as Salesforce
Promote and display the business value that the company solutions bring to the clients.
Lead the sales cycle, and manage the relationship and customer engagement of accounts within defined clients

We are looking for someone with the following skill set:

Experienced selling complex software solutions to Telecoms Service Providers in Asia and the Pacific - ideally that software would be analytics related so the person knows how to sell a variety of ML/AI use cases
Experience selling any of OSS / BSS / RAN / Service Assurance / Core Network / NFV / Telco Cloud software solutions / Network Monitoring
Hunter sales mentality having worked in a small / mid-sized environment previously with success
A solid personal network with the Telecoms community in APAC
Some exposure to selling platforms build on big data technologies like Hadoop / Spark (not essential)
Strong sales track record

In terms of location, the client is flexible (they have a payroll in Singapore but are comfortable having people invoice from any other location). They are not looking to relocate candidates.
