Generic Description:
Our client is looking for a Technical Support in Munich, with technical background to support customers and sales in Europe.

Activities Description:
• Handling and answering customers issues and tickets
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
• Supporting customers with technical solutions
• Building and maintaining strong and close relations with customers by performing weekly / monthly calls and follow ups
• Ensuring the product installations is smooth, working with customers.
• Supporting End User trials when required (including traveling abroad when required)
• Providing support for internal issues raised by co-workers
• Proposing and demonstrating products when required

Basic Requirements:
• Relevant Education background (BSc. Computer science) or equivalent technical education
• Proven customer support experience with technical orientation
• Strong computer user skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and follow through in both one-on-one and group situations
• Calm in nature and have the ability to work well under stress or pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German & English
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to work both in a team environment and individually
• Occasional travel to Israel may be requested and to client sites
• Any other European language – an advantage
