My client is looking for a “Technical Support” in Munich with technical background to support customers and sales in Europe to support the Mobility product line. They have the best breed of product within the space that fuelled the growth of their business especially in these recent years. With a strong R&D team that support the company’s innovation, the company is in their booming period and is welcoming talented professional to join them.
Activities Description:
• Handling and answering customers issues and tickets
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
• Supporting customers with technical solutions
• Building and maintaining strong and close relations with customers by performing weekly / monthly calls and follow ups
• Ensuring the product installations is smooth, working with customers.
• Supporting End User trials when required (including traveling abroad when required)
• Providing support for internal issues raised by co-workers
• Proposing and demonstrating products when required
Basic Requirements:
• Relevant Education background (BSc. Computer science) or equivalent technical education
• Proven customer support experience with technical orientation
• Strong computer user skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and follow through in both one-on-one and group situations
• Calm in nature and have the ability to work well under stress or pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German & English
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to work both in a team environment and individually
• Occasional travel to Israel may be requested and to client sites
• Any other European language – an advantage
